We went out of town with the rest of the Hall family to watch Allie graduate from CBU, which was a great thing to watch her complete an awesome accomplishment.
We were with great company that made me feel even more apart of their wonderful family. Atreyu had a hard time adjusting to sleeping in a hotel room, but with the greatly appreciated help from andys family, I was able to stay sane.
Saturday we finally made it home and atreyu immediately went to sleep in his crib, and slept almost the whole night, only waking up to eat.
But sunday morning I woke up to find andy had made coffee, and had atreyu up, fed, and happy for me. Which was a great way to wake up, a happy baby is a happy mommy.
I spent the afternoon at my parents house while andy was off working hard. I helped my mom cook dinner for the family, which I think she cooked this year since my dad over salted the tri tip last year, lol.
All day I missed the love of my life while he was at work, but I'm glad we are home now.
Another part of my mothers day gift was him cooking me a wonderful dinner. Filet mignon, garlic bread, and cole slaw. It was amazing!
I hope every one who goes by "mom, ma, mommy, mum mother, mama" or any other form of the word, has a great day being celebrated for the wonderful and tough sacrifices our calling has put in our paths. Even those that are carrying, but not yet officially "mom," you are blessed in your life to give a precious gift by bringing Gods children into the world.
God bless every one on this special, day, and remember your mother, tell her you love her, and never forget the great things she has done for you, dont dwell on the moments she wasnt her best, and love the ones that raised your friends, loved ones, for without their mother they wouldnt be who they are today.
